THRE3 CO. is a neighbourhood café built around coffee, food, and connection.
To us, a café is more than just somewhere to grab a drink. It’s where mornings begin, where friends meet, where people work, unwind, catch up, or simply take a quiet break from the day.
Founded in Ladner Village in 2026, THRE3 CO. was created with the idea of building a space that feels warm, welcoming, and lived in — a place where comfort, atmosphere, and everyday moments come together naturally.

For me, THRE3 CO. is deeply personal. It’s a dream that’s been with me since I was young.
Back in 1995, my family opened a café on Granville Street called Green Zebra.
Growing up, I spent many afternoons there after school helping out, watching my father make coffee, talk with customers, and care about every little detail. At the time, I didn’t realize how much those moments would stay with me, but looking back now, I know that’s where this dream first started.
That’s also why there’s a large tree inside THRE3 CO. To us, it represents growth — a reminder that good things take time, patience, and care before they fully bloom.
The name “THRE3” also holds a special meaning to me. Three represents my birthday, my three children, and the memories shared by our family growing up in Vancouver.
To me, it also represents growth, connection, and the importance of creating meaningful moments with the people around us. More importantly, THRE3 represents balance — the balance between coffee, food, and people.

Inspired by both Asian café culture and modern Western coffee culture, THRE3 CO. brings together specialty coffee, comforting food, and the warmth of a neighbourhood café people can truly settle into.
For me THRE3 CO. was never just about opening another café. It was about creating a space that people could genuinely feel connected to, warm, welcoming, and familiar.
Since 2023, I’ve spent countless hours visiting cafés around Ladner, always searching for a place that felt complete. While many spaces were beautiful, I often felt something was missing, a space where people could genuinely relax and stay awhile without feeling rushed.
That’s what inspired THRE3 CO. A place where people can slow down, connect, work, recharge, and enjoy the little moments in everyday life.
From espresso and signature drinks to croffles, cookies, pastries, and comfort food, every menu item is chosen with care to bring a little happiness and comfort into someone’s day.
To us, THRE3 CO. is more than just a café. It’s a place people come back to not only for the coffee, but for the feeling they get when they’re here.
